live by ourselves. But, in Dane County there is a program called Homeshare that
extends independence for those in need and gives people who need it, a home.
Mitch Weber found out its the people behind the program that make a

When Maureen Arcand was younger she couldn't be stopped. Born with Cerebral
Palsy, Maureen overcame many obstacles in life. She raised six kids, lobbied for
a comprehensive civil rights bill for disabled Americans and won."
